Greetings from Chicago -

I am a long time supporter of the local white buffalo, Miracle, up in Janesville, Wisconsin. The Earth Wisdom Community (I was an Elder of that group at the time) made donations to support the people who were besieged by the thousands of pilgrims who showed up on their doorstep. For example, we donated a truckload of gravel for the paths up to the buffalo pasture.  

I am glad this latest sign from Spirit is being kept in solitude. Just knowing she exists is great. I would certainly love to have a copy of the pictures for my personal enjoyment under what ever restrictions you offer.

I am a picture researcher with a small publishing company services in the UK, and I am working on an educational set of books for a US publisher about myths from around the world.

I am currently working on a volume about Native American myths, and one of the myths discussed is that of White Buffalo Woman.  I am having great difficulty trying to find an image of a white buffalo to use as an accompanying illustration.  I was therefore very excited to see the pictures of "Spirit" on your website and am hoping it might be possible to get  print, transparency or high-resolution picture of Spirit for use in our book.  I understand the need to protect Spirit, so we would give no details about the picture other than any you might care to request (such as a credit line).

For your information, these books comprise of a 10 volume set, with each volume devoted to a different people/culture and with pictures throughout.  Each volume tells the tale of 10 selected myths, followed by an explanation of each myth’s historical and cultural importance. The set is aimed at the North American school and library market and the production run will be under 10, 000.  All prints and transparencies are returned at the end of the project.  If you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Your help really would be appreciated.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Yasser Arafat said that peace will not come to the Middle East without a million strong prayers.

James Twyman, author of "Emissary of Light" and "Praying Peace", was recently in Jerusalem to help focus a worldwide prayer vigil for peace in the Middle East. Hundreds of Thousands of people joined the vigil, many of them linking live to Jerusalem. Days later, Twyman read in a newspaper an offhand remark made by Yasser Arafat that peace will not come to the Middle East without a million strong prayers.

I don’t know what to tell you about receiving your e-mail other than, "Thank you," and much of the same to Spirit and its expressions.

Last week, a client of mine, The Miracle Center, and I decided to approach the media in the same "backdoor," non-intrusive way, that being through e-mails.  I live across from a buffalo ranch in northern Colorado.  

I feel Spirit moving through me to acknowledge my connections with Miracle, the white buffalo and the form of messaging you’ve chosen.

Know that the message has been received, loud and clear.

Thanks for including me on your list, although I’m uncertain as to how I got there in the first place.  Here’s to a new beginning, indeed.
