This 2 evenings course consists of learning about the anatomy and perception of your energy body. Recognizing your own power of perception. Basic information on the
formation of the energy body and the functions of the energy collecting centers or channels of energy flow. Teaching about the partnership between the physical body and the energy body. Skills will be taught to use in daily life: e.g. how to clean your energy body or how to keep your energy level high.

This practice-based certified training program, developed by Christine Schenk, conveys theoretical and practical and experiential knowledge on how to make direct, conscious use of your energy body in relation to the physical body. The energy body anatomy is a complicated, highly interacting energetic organism like the physical body anatomy. The technique helps to discover more of the needs of both bodies and to harmonize these with each other. It helps to differentiate between feelings and thoughts of interest of both bodies.

In this training, you will learn the differences and unique features of the levels of consciousness and the perceptual capabilities relating to them. Armed with this new ability to distinguish, you can meet the demands of daily life with more self confidence and perseverance. On completing the training program, you will independently be able to mobilize your energy body, your consciousness and your perceptive faculties in daily life as needed.

No prerequisite course is necessary, but reading Christine Schenk's book "The Marriage between Physical Body and Energy Body" before the training is highly recommended.

Focal points of Basic Program (20 days in 4 sections of 5 days):
Regenerative work on the energy body without loosing your own energy, 
anatomy and physiology of the energy body (energy collecting centers, channels of energy flow),, 
energy body medication, 
perception of different levels of consciousness, 
how to find out if stress, anxiety or fatigue belongs to you or someone else.
